We were pointed in the direction of Green's by Prestige Plumbing who we had engaged to refit our bathroom & what a fantastic recommendation that proved to be. We initially met Lucy & Bev who were brilliant when they took us on a tour of their fabulous showroom. No pressure or hard sell, just extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Jamie & Lucy then arranged a home visit to measure up & subsequently designed the perfect bathroom to meet our needs. Once ordered they liaised with Prestige , right to the end of the fitting who were also superb throughout. We were particularly impressed with their rapid response to odd little things that weren't quite right. No fuss they just put them right very quickly. The bathroom has far exceeded our expectations. We can't thanks them enough for their customer service & quality products & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A great experience & absolutely lovely folk.

Phenomenal customer service - every single person I met in that store was helpful and respectful. They sorted everything what needed to be sort out; actively contacted me with updates etc. They are fantastic advisors and sell great quality products. They fit all my needs in my budget during my bathroom renovation. Now I am saving money for the kitchen - I am hoping to go back to them for that :)
